we were having our lesson as usual and i was like super scared of getting johnno like i did last week and crazy johnno i almost fell off him -.- so yeah i was abit traumatised

i take my words back of not understanding why lil kids quit after they almost fall off a horse cos even me, this 15 year old me can get traumatised so i can imagine how scared they will be..

well anyway these two women were having a semi-private lesson next to us, which meant that it was 2 of them to one instructor.

i didnt see what happened because when the accident happened i was happily trotting with geofro (yes im so lucky i got geofro i swear)

then according to one of my classmates one of the women were cantering, the fastest pace a horse goes, and she let the reins go and she fell off, landed on her arm, bounced off the ground and landed one more time semi unconscious.

omg ouchhhhhhhhh.

i was abit shocked to see her lying motionless on the floor, like with her arm clearly broken ah. then the instructor put the leash on the horse and all of us in the other class just stopped our lesson for 5min while the ambulance came

then geofro the horse i was on got kinda jumpy when the ambulance came cos he is scared of flashing lights.. so yeah. i held on for dear life or i would be the next one in the ambulance :/

i had an average lesson that day, because geofro was definitely not at his best that day he kept trying to bolt on me so i had to yank on the reins to control him or i would go flying too..

but i think if there was a lesson to learn, it is that we humans are so fragile in the animal world. And that.. riding afterall is a pretty risky sport.
